Delivering a top-notch guest experience is at the heart of AIDA Cruises’ mission.
But before the vacation even begins, every guest must go through embarkation — a process often slowed down by delays and long queues.
The problem becomes even worse when check-in hardware or networks fail — a common risk when infrastructure has to be set up from scratch at almost every terminal.
Solution
We radically reimagined the check-in process with a dedicated mobile application that empowers crews to identify passengers and complete embarkation steps anywhere in the terminal — or even during transfers.
