Shoreside excursions are a highlight of every cruise. Guests are eager to sign up for trips that let them experience destinations up close.

But traditionally, excursion registration was handled with paper tickets — easy to lose, wasteful to produce, and inefficient to manage.

Manual ticket checks and handwritten attendance reports meant long hours of repetitive, error-prone work for the crew — while guests faced queues and unnecessary friction.

  • Guests register digitally — either on their own devices or with the help of excursion teams.
  • Boarding card scans replace paper tickets, giving tour guides and managers real-time visibility of attendance. Missing guests can be identified and contacted instantly.
  • Guests without prior reservations can still join — simply authorizing payment as they board the bus.
